Position: Talk Show Production Intern

Company: Alliance Media Productions (AMP)

Location: Metro DC Area

Hours: A minimum of 10 - 15 hours per week for a period of 6 months is required

Compensation: This is a part-time, non-paid internship position with tremendous and invaluable hands-on experience.

Alliance Media Productions (AMP) is an Entertainment and Media Company producing cutting edge conservative Christian programming for TV, Cable and web portal outlets. AMP is currently seeking bright, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to assist in the production of different episodes for the new season of “Relationships with Adenyke” - a talk show that discusses pertinent issues such as sex, money, communication, etc., that affect both singles and married couples. You will get real, hands-on experience with putting a show together, working at a studio, pre-production, production, post-production and much more.

Duties & Responsibilities
Attend weekly meeting with production staff
Perform research and development of topics/themes for upcoming episodes.
Contact and book guests
Assist with production (pre-production through post-production)
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
General knowledge of (or ability to quickly grasp) video editing software and tools
Ability to follow direction and work independently or as part of a team
Ability to work on tight deadlines
